unChain Port Phillip Action Plans
unChain Port Phillip has produced five ‘Action Plans’ for the City of Port Phillip’s
next four years.
unChain Port Phillip candidates are standing on a platform to immediately address
poor performance in five key areas: governance, responsible financial management,
sensitive development, environment and sustainability and the recent failures in
some social justice decisions.
The unChain Port Phillip Action Plans make an important contribution to local democracy.
At the same time, the Action Plans give to the electorate a clear indication of
the values, priorities and policies of unChain Port Philip candidates.
The Action Plans are guides - not constraints - and the elected Councillors will
represent the whole constituency, not simply unChain Port Phillip members, when
elected.
